Looking for my home .......!

A yellow/grey and white (with a bit of orange) Valkparkiet decided to join us for dinner on the balcony in Hoofddorp-z (wijk Toolenburg) yesterday evening. He has decided that "we are it" and does not want to leave - he flies away but is back within minutes. We walked the neighbourhood last night with him sitting on our head trying to find "home" but no luck. He is extremely friendly, tame, affectionate, people-afhankelijk, and seems to like Spaghetti. He stayed with us last night (bird-seed from a neighbour, and we have a small cage). Problem is "what next". Does anybody know where he belongs, or alternatively can give him a good home?
